“The Lodge”
Spear’s most recent project is the Lodge at Stevenson Ridge, a 10,000 ft² event facility in Spotsylvania, Virginia. A portion of the Lodge is a restored 18th century chapel which was salvaged from Canada. The hand-hewn antique post & beam frame has a king-post truss system. Wall posts are 13’6, and the peak is approximately 25’ from the floor.
